Hi, I’m Matt Tojic, a seasoned Category Manager and product development expert with a passion for helping businesses turn innovative ideas into successful products. With years of experience managing top-tier international brands, I’ve honed my skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and product launch execution.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on everything from fasteners, candles, safety boots, outdoor power equipment and eCommerce strategies.

 

My goal is simple: to help you create and launch products that not only meet market demand but exceed customer expectations.

I bring a practical, hands-on approach to every project, whether you’re a seasoned business owner or a first-time entrepreneur. Drawing from my expertise in retail, branding, and sales, I can guide you through the product development process, from concept to shelf, while navigating challenges like competitive landscapes and customer loyalty.

Outside of work, I’m all about balancing family life with my entrepreneurial ventures. I’m a proud dad to 3 young boys, and an active fundraiser for causes close to my heart, like MND Australia.
